We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from The Official ITV Shop; if for any reason you are not, you can return most items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery. Please note that personalized merchandise and digital downloads are generally non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account or use our guest portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and including the completed return slip provided in your delivery.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid return label from our portal, affix it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized shipping location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
